I am an architect, urbanist, and photography enthusiast from Ethiopia currently based in Chicago. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Addis Ababa University before completing a dual Master's in Urbanism from the University of Stuttgart and Ain Shams University.
My experiences include architectural design and project execution of educational, industrial, and office projects, as well as various research in planning and design.
This space is where I share my academic and professional* journey in understanding the built environment and societies that exist in it. Furthermore, photographs that capture moments from this journey and my take on form, light, and composition are included.
